Clean room in a tidy building well located to use the underground if exploring Vienna. Breakfast expensive for what it is , but there is a SPAR next door where you can grab a croissant and a coffee next door if that is all you require. There are a few restaurants nearby but you have to be careful as 7 days a week working is not the norm here.

Absolutely brilliant. Comfortable clean friendly convenient. Smashing breakfast. I highly recommend. Underground station just across the road can get you anywhere in 20 minutes. There is a spar just next door. A Chinese Indian and Austrian restaurant just across the road

Great hotel but extremely sad Housekeeping standards

For my vienna stay our group of four chose this hotel owing to positive reviews of other travellers and location coupled with the decent pricing. Our check in was smooth. The room was spacious and had all facilities including a mini fridge ( ehich wasn't cooling though) and a coffee maker. Location is fabulous and there's a spar supermart just downstairs and restaurants and train station across the road. You can take the train and go see all major attractions in the city. We took a 3 day unlimited trip public transport vienna pass which covers all transport so the hotels location gave us access to take trains every where. The Front office staff was extremely courteous and always with a special mention to Foteini who helped us grant a late check out too and helped us keep our luggage in luggagr room post check out too since we had a late night flight. I would have rated this hotel a five on five but the only negative is the Housekeeping. I have been a Housekeeping Manager myself and I am forced to say this, I am apalled at how the houskeepers get away with such a shoddy job. The Housekeeping Manager / Supervisor needs to pull up his socks and check the cleanliness of the occupied rooms too. It seemed that they only clean the rooms at checkout since during our four day stay the carpet was not vacuumed even once, and two days our cups were left soiled. All three days the tea/coffee supplies were not replenished. It seemed that the Housekeeping entered the room, made the bed and only fresh placed fresh towels and moved out without even mopping the bathroom and room floors. Such a pity that a great hotel like this which checks all boxes only falls flat on this basic - Housekeeping. Will I visit again? Yes but would like to see a sea change in Housekeeping standards

We stayed here 2 nights family room sleeping three adults . Room was spacious , clean , nice bathroom hot water and good pressure. An extra coffee pod would’ve been nice when there are three of you . We had booked breakfast too . Good variety , fresh fruit and alternative milk and butter . We are a vegetarian and vegan family there was no option for hot veggie breakfast . We arrived at this hotel from the airport by train and tube . It was very easy to buy train tickets from the airport into the city the train was fast and clean and then tube tickets from the machines . The complete journey was less than hour and easy to navigate we do not speak German. The hotel is right opposite the tube station which takes you to all the tourist sites . The area is clean and safe at anytime . The reception was warm and welcoming with water and apples and sweets . Check in was fast and clear instructions to our room and breakfast times . We asked reception for directions to the main Christmas markets and went straight out to explore . November is a great time to visit Vienna lots of Christmas markets , lights and atmospheric. We stayed out very late felt safe travelling back the hotel is busy at all times with a bar downstairs. The drinks are normal prices but was disappointed with the hot chocolate , it could be improved , be hotter , more chocolatey and there was no non - diary milk alternative. It was a cold night we had walked for hours we needed a hot drink . The staff at the hotel were professional , polite , knowledgeable and friendly. I would stay here again . Great location . We slept well.

Great location and just a 5 min walk to the metro station. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly and helped us with recommending where to go in Vienna and how to use the metro etc! The bar was nice and relaxed, good service and very welcoming after a day of sight seeing! The rooms were clean, bright and spacious! Everything you needed for your stay, we were pleasantly surprised. There was a huge selection for breakfast and lots of space in the breakfast room. Would definitely go back to this hotel. There was also a spar shop 2 mins away if you needed anything!
